Continuing to serve coastal communities, this Manzanita, Oregon project provides 60 family-oriented apartment units, thanks to another collaboration between Eichler Construction Group, Inc and developer team Home First Development and Green Light Development. Construction began August, 2025 and the first residents were welcomed home in September of 2026.

Notably, this project was the first Affordable Housing project in the State of Oregon to participate in the DEQ CPRG grant program aimed at identifying and using low-embodied-carbon materials.

The most important thing about this project is that entry-level workers in Manzanita mostly have to commute from other towns. This project puts quality housing where people work, and where they would prefer to live.
