July, 2025 ushers in the second of three phases for Grand Fir Apartments, an affordable housing community in Salem, OR. The existing community, fully occupied, sits just to the East of this second phase.

Phase 2 continues the collaboration between Equity Developers, LLC, Home First Development, Doug Circosta Architect, Westech Engineering, Inc, M Group Engineering, Laurus Designs, and Eichler Construction Group, Inc.

In addition to increasing the number of apartment units, phase 2 also provides more resident services spaces, secured bike parking, and a large onsite maintenance shop.

Construction is anticipated to be complete in fall, 2026.
