Continuing to serve coastal communities, this Manzanita, Oregon project will provide 60 family-oriented apartment units, thanks to another collaboration between Eichler Construction Group, Inc and developer team Home First Development and Green Light Development. Construction began August, 2025. Occupancy expected Q3 of 2026.
